House Rules
To make sure that your stay will be pleasant and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the rules of private accommodation. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree with them, and that you will fully adhere to them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation, and charging the full amount of the price of the accommodation regardless of the shorter stay.
- No animals or pets shall be kept in the apartment.
- No garbage/domestic waste in common parts. Collection is every morning (inc. Sunday during the summer season). Leave garbage bags by the thrash can near the slipway opposite Serena Restaurant).
- Tenants shall use their best endeavours to keep noise levels down to a minimum from after 23:00 to 07:00
- No linen, clothes, towels or other articles shall be hung or exposed for drying on the balcony and instead the roof should be used.
- Please take good care of the apartment, and turn of electric appliances and taps. Do not leave the air-conditioner on if there is no need for it, for example, while you are out of the apartment, and do not use it with open windows and doors.
- Guests are required to carry their valuables with them as we cannot be a guarantee for them.
- The guests are obligated to preserve apartments and rooms, inventory and installation. All damage made must be refunded. Damaged inventory, equipment and object will be charged accordingly.
- The guests are not allowed to move furniture and equipment in apartment or room, or to touch electric or other installation without prior consultation and approval.
- No smoking in the apartment - please use the balcony!
- No use of candles in the apartment - please use the balcony!
- No visitors allowed in the apartment without prior approval < very important to note this!
If the guests do not comply with these provisions, they will be obliged to leave the apartment without any refund.
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Key Collection
- Someone will meet the guest at the apartment to handover the keys.
Guest Payment Options
- We have no credit card facilities and only accept cash or bank transfer.
Additional fees & charges
- There is also a refundable deposit for damages of €150.00 which you can pay in cash on arrival or in advance via bank transfer if you prefer. This deposit shall not be construed to limit in any way your liability for any damages or losses. The deposit shall be released on check out provided the property is found to be in a like state and condition to that existing as at the commencement of the booking.
